We were there Saturday evening around 7.30 pm. The main dining area was closed and my wife needed to use the washroom. We asked a member of staff and he said they were closed at 7pm due to the pandemic. The duty manager then came out and unlocked the door so my wife could use the washroom. We were both very grateful as we had a long drive. Thank you to the staff for being so polite and helpful. We ordered our food via drive through and it was all fresh and delicious. There customer service exceeded expectations.

Stopped by for coffee on my way by from No Frills, which I ended up not shopping at because there was a line up. It was Saturday and I decided I should leave it for a day thru the week since 9-5rs often have no choice about when to do the chores. I took it (the coffee) to The Oasis Wilmot Centre, a place kind of like church for me. On this occasion, I witnessed no less than 11 passing motorists stop to offer help to a motorist who had found his way off the road and down an embankment. Finally two apparently had the right combination of resources to extricate the vehicle. One a heavy duty truck, the other pulling into the little park was a mechanic, and knew how properly to affix the heavy duty chain he unloaded his wife later told me. I savoured the flavour of that coffee as I watched people helping people knowing they would all feel even better than I was, helping or being helped cause that's what we're born to do. Mccafe never tasted better!
Always fast and reliable! I've always recieved hot fries which is hard to come by at mcdonalds in general. I feel like this location actually cares about the customer satisfaction because they do not disappoint. I live in KW and I would drive out of my way to this location
Final day for the 1.00 any size coffee so I just had to stop and get my java on the road. The men’s restroom was clean. The place was filling up with locals. Two self-order stations were installed just inside the side entrance. I experienced quick service with a smile!
