Ben at Elysis is amazing! He truly has healing hands. He is professional and informative. I can’t say enough good things about him and the clinic. If you haven’t tried an Osteopath, you need one in your life. You have no idea what you are missing! I would highly recommend Ben and Elysis!

Drew and Melissa were insanely helpful in diagnosing what was causing my hip pain and providing exercises to ensure recovery. I would highly recommend this clinic for any osteo/massage needs. Their collaborative mentality contributed to my fast recovery and provided a level of service/information I have not received anywhere else.
I love these guys! I've been going to Elysis for a few years now in Waterloo and they've been great. Lisa especially, because she was able to help me get through some tough times when my son had colic earlier on, and later went through a nursing strike. It never seems to take more than one visit to resolve the issue. I can't imagine what it would have been like to go through those times without her help.
Ben and Lisa are fantastic people! I go to Ben for Osteopathy and can't say enough positive things for how he's helped me. I have a connective tissue disorder that causes chronic pain and osteo has been the only treatment that truly helps. I recommend him to everyone. His knowledge and flexibility and humour make every appointment enjoyable.
I had a fantastic first time experience with an osteopath. I came in with great discomfort from internal organs pressing up below my ribs. Lisa Woods put me right at ease in gently manipulating my insides right through my clothes to detangle the mess inside. I felt an immediate release from the pressure that had been bothering me and stressing out my body so much. I also had been having a pressing pain behind my eyes, and after she worked on that, there was a release from that pressure too. It's now been a week later and everything is still holding up well. So thankful to have found this place.
Been going to Elysis in Waterloo for 6 years now, very happy that one is now open in New Hamburg as It is closer to where I live (Stratford). Always great service!
