I experienced bats in the attic (such a cliche story, right?) so I called these guys for some help. They sent a technician out the next day, and he did a really thorough job, telling me what I could do to stop the animals from being able to get inside again, and also offering more advice on getting rid of bad smells, etc. I was given a full and detailed plan of work before it all started, which pointed out all of the legalities with moving bats yourself, and I'm glad I was smart enough to just let them get on with the job. The bats are gone, my home is back to how it should be, and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this company if I knew someone with a pest problem in the future.
When you see your kid being attacked by a bat, is enough to make you take action right away. I had no idea how to get rid of the bats so I called these guys because these critters had to go. I wanted to personally thank you for developing a plan of action to get rid of our bats. As you pointed out, our building contractor had installed three different types of plastic ridge vents that buckled away from the roof.
