I went to Adeline’s on a Saturday morning and had an appointment for 8a and didn’t get touched until 9a. The woman who braided my hair was very nice. It was her birthday, so when I told her a few times corrections to my hair, I didn’t make a big deal because 1) it wasn’t finished so I wanted to see if it looked different once completed 2) there was a language barrier so I wanted to take our time. I asked her to make the front of my hair a little smaller because I don’t like big heavy braids on my edges. I went in to get shoulder length knotless goddess braids. After she was done with my hair, she told me she would roll it and dip the ends so they can be curled (mind you this didn’t need to happen because with goddess braids you add the curly hair to the ends) because she didn’t know how to do goddess braids, she dipped my curl hair into hot water and took all the curl out. The ends were so poorly done and raggedy. I’ve attached pictures. After my hair was done I got home to take a closer examination and immediately called them to have it fixed. They’ve been ignoring my calls and text and have not explained how they would fix this horrible style. I had to fix my hair myself. Attached are some pictures and what I was supposed to get. I suggest you don’t waste your time or money here.

Adeline has been doing my hair for many years. She is very professional and has excellent customer service. Every time I come in the shop she is respectful of my time and punctual. The braids are always neat and exactly what I want. She is a awesome braider!
I drove an hour to get to the shop early, my hair stylist showed up an hour and 45 minutes late. The size of my braids are NOT what I asked for. My stylist was more focused on her phone than doing the job she was paid to do. I also noticed another stylist took 3 and a half to do 6 cornrows on anotherperson'shead.... this is unacceptable, please read this review with an open mind and IMPROVE your standards!
She was super nice and professional. My hair was shorter and she did her best and they came out amazing!
This is a hit or miss. The first time I booked my service and got my hair done it was a wonderful experience. The second time I waited 2 hours despite the fact that I had a scheduled appointment. The third time my service was canceled on me at last minute. I was told that they do not do have the ability to do my hair because they do not offer the type of service I booked for on the weekend— I wish they had stated that on the booking app. My advice, if you absolutely have somewhere to go and need your hair done, do not book with Adeline because you will run the risk of not being able to get your hair done on time or not get your hair done at all. Plan for a back up if you plan to book with these braiders.
They took me and my daughter on a Sunday and I appreciated that! I really needed my hair done I love the clean bright salon. The decor is enough to draw me in and the job they did on my hair will definitely have me coming back! If you need a hair do call them and schedule in advance they can get pretty busy but both women that took care of me and my daughter were very nice and pleasant
Very professional and welcoming. I will definitely come back. I had my natural hair cornrowed and they came out very neat and straight. I didn’t even have to wait that long they are very efficient.
