I have had Covid tests in several different places and Cornell Scott is by far, the best place I have gone. I was able to get appointments easily. I appreciated that I could call on the telephone rather than logging onto a computer. The appointments are for very EXACT times ie. 1:05pm. I had no wait. Everyone was very professional and answered all my questions. The staff was wearing adequate protection. I was told to look for my results online but the clinic telephoned with the results. Well done Cornell Scott. The only thing that could have made it an even better experience is that the front door sometimes got a little bottled necked. I have sent other people there too and they had the same great experience.

I've visited twice for free COVID testing and had a great experience both times. The first was 2 months ago and they made an appointment for me within just 2 hours. Today, I had another test but with the spike, it was very busy and they had no appointments for weeks. Fortunately, they are still taking walk-ins even if you are asymptomatic. The wait was very long (1.5-2 hours) but that is understandable with the recent spikes. Despite the stress of the situation, the staff was all professional, kind and compassionate. Results are returned within 1-2 days online.

One of the only Walk-in Covid testing sites still accepting Walk-In's in New Haven. Arrived at 8:45 after visiting 2 walk in locations that have turned to appointment only with no warning. The \site manager\ was outside directing flow- he was very nice and informative. Security also directs flow. The wait was about 1 hr 45 minutes but that was expected. Once you get in the door, you take your test immediately and are out the door. Everyone i interacted with was very professional.

Went for Covid testing on 12/23, and they were very nice. They insert the swab vs the self testing at CVS, but we’re far gentler than I was with myself. I only sneezed. I also received my results 13 hours later. I’ll be going back there to retest as needed.
