I just received my first Covid vaccine at Cornell Scott Hill Health Center. The entire experience, from the moment I parked my car and entered their offices was outstanding. Competent, friendly staff checked me in immediately and I then received my pain-free shot. Meticulously clean and socially distanced seating provided. Thank you all so much.

This health system seems to have the inability to perform basic functions of medical care. Get a prescription to CVS? Nope. Be able to perform a virtual visit? Nope. Very disappointed in this network. I've had better healthcare in a third world country.

My husband was the last patient to see his dr there for an appt. He left his wallet in the room. He returned 20 minutes later. The security cameras showed that the only person to go in the room was the guard after My husband. 200 cash was taken out of the wallet before it was returned. Nothing was done. I never even got a call back from the patient advocate. Dr's office's are suppose to be safe and secure. It's just sad.

The worst medical facility to be in. With an appointment and you still have to wait at least an hour to be seen by a doctor. Very unprofessional staff and no one updates the patients about anything.
