To start this is a brand new building that Collaborate two sites in one. To be honest they should have hired a whole new staff, I dislike this place so bad I can’t wait to transfer out as a patient, you call the place they either are laughing in the background and put you on hold without acknowledging you that they will be right with you, also mostly every time I call it’s just always a hassle. I don’t know I feel they should be more professional or even presentable when you arrive the girls in the front either pediatric or women center just having their conversations loud, I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my friends. I am still here because my Dr. it’s just the best other than that it’s a no for me.

I don't know why yale choose to change yale pcc to this building the staff are rude they always are chatting or either discuss personal things poor customer service always have a attitude and we wait 30 minutes after my appointment and just because I ask why they didn't call me yet when my appointment was at 10am I'm going to change to another clinic and my kids to worse thing that the yale did so far

Nov 16, 2020 I called at 830am spoke to registrar requesting a document with letter head, a nurse "James" returned my call. "James " said he would be sure to contact my physician to get my documentation signed and they usually respond by 10 am and he would call me when document is prepared. I had to call back for registrar to page again, it is now 2pm and I am still waiting for this call. I need to find another facility to get my healthcare . My first experience with Yale merging with Cornell Scott Hill Health is sorely lacking customer service.
