Very knowledgeable employees that will communicate with you and help you find the best fit you're looking for. I traveled from Waterbury to use this store, it was less expensive to have my repair done, buy a new case, and a screen protector that they applied for me. I'd do it again if I manage to break the screen again.

The go-to place for phone repairs. Fair pricing, quick turnaround. I brought my phone in for a screen repair and was very happy with the result. The person in the store was very knowledgeable and professional. Store is clean and well lit, and having a shop like this downtown in New Haven is really great. They service laptops, phones and many other electronics.

This place is the best. I called, they said I could come right in and they would have my phone fixed in 30 minutes. They actually did it in that amount of time and the cost was reasonable. Nerds to Go wanted 200 and it would take up to 3-5 days until they were able to make the repair! Give these guys a try you wont be disappointed.......

I dropped my iPhone when I hurriedly grabbed it from a table to check a text message. When I looked at my phone, the right half of the LCD display was fuzzy. Then, the right half went completely black. I couldn't believe this was happening to me. I did not have insurance for the phone. I had recently made an expensive purchase of a different item and needed to start saving money. Fortunately, the lady at T-Mobile was honest and did not try to sell me a new phone for 400 - 500. Instead she referred me to CPR which is 5 minutes from T-Mobile. My phone was fixed in less than an hour. The price to fix the phone was 80. It was such a huge relief. While I was there, a customer who arrived before me expressed the same relief that I was experiencing. I am very grateful and fortunate that this service was available and so close.

HANDS DOWN ,THIS IS THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER TAKEN MY PHONE TO BE REPAIRED .HONEST,DETAILED AND LOOK TO FIND THE BEST OPTION AND COST TO CUSTOMER. IRI WAS GREAT AND WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN ALL THE ISSUES WITH MY PHONE DURING REPAIR .MY PHONE WAS FIXED WITHIN 10 MIN . WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK THERE AGAIN IF I NEED A PHONE OR TABLET REPAIR (ALTHOUGH I HOPE MY SCREEN DOESN'T BREAK AGAIN LOL)
