You would think a tire place would be able to get all 4 tires the same pressure. Mine aren't even close they range from 35-45! It's the second time this has happened how can you sell tires and not know how to check the pressure?

Completely misdiagnosed my car, told me my car’s power steering was leaking and it’s unsafe to drive. I brought car to my trusted mechanics in Guilford at Jerry’s Transmissions (go there for great and honest service) who told me the make and model of my car doesn’t even use power steering fluid as the steering rack is electric. The leak was coming from elsewhere. My car was perfectly safe to drive and no urgent work needed. I don’t know if they genuinely don’t know what they’re doing or if they are trying to capitalize on my lack of car knowledge. Either way, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money.

They broke my wheel lug bolt and asked me to pay for it. It's quite long time ago. I got a flat tire and went the shop to check for the leak. Surprisingly, after a while, their technician told me that one of the lug bolt was broken when he tried to remove the tire? \What?\ I was thinking. And he blamed me for this, that I didn't tight the lug bolt correctly when I changed the spare tire. Then they charged me over a hundred dollars for replacing this bolt, which is not my fault obviously. I didn't accept that suggestion and just left. Cause I don't trust them any more. I would say it's not that hard to remove a tire without breaking the lug bolt, as I have done it many times by myself...

My husband and I have been taking our car to Firestone for 2 years and we are extremely dedicated customers. The staff are always extremely friendly and go out of their way to ensure we have a good experience. Their advice is trustworthy. They are sensitive to the financial implications for repairs. I have always felt welcome in the store. They greet me by name and explain things in a way I can understand. Austin James has done an amazing job with our vehicle and goes above and beyond what I have ever experienced with a car shop. I highly recommend him and his team for all your car maintenance needs! They are the best in town and we won’t go anywhere else! Thank you Firestone!
