A good & helpful hardware place. Reasonable prices; and, if you look up the item you need on your area's Lowe's store website... it will tell you how many they have in stock and the exact aisle and row to find it. This is very helpful, because these stores are huge inside & you can do some long walks through these rows searching for what you need, or flagging down a Lowe's associate to help you find it.

The store was a disaster, way understaffed and it took half an hour and 2 pages to get assistance from a very nice, very stressed out guy who politely informed us that he didn't work in that department, and that no one from that department would be available for 2 days. He checked the schedule and everything. To be fair, in that half hour we waited, we were entertained by an arguing couple (who were also looking for assistance) and a mouse running accross the aisle. It seems to me that its not any individual employee that is the problem- its Lowe's not caring enough to have enough employees on staff, and not cross train them. Should have gone local instead of bog box store, in the first place. Thats our next stop.

I came in and needed some help. I just moved in to a beautiful one family home. So this gentleman here, his name Lucky. Took care of me with everything I needed for the outside maintenance. This just makes me keep coming to Lowes for anything I need for my new home. This gentleman made sure I left with no questions not being answer. Thanks Lucky, you sure made my day.
