i gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because there was always an issue with one of the elevators. However, i loved living here. i even served on the board of directors. Management was great. With the convenience of walking to my favorite restaurants, bars and clubs and off street parking near the downtown area. we had on sight laundry. all utilities were included and everyone was so friendly. i strongly recommend this place
