Amazing, helpful, informative. Everything was such a smooth process since the first call. I can't believe we got such great service, room, & shuttle to the hospital for such a great price. In our time of need the suite was there to give us a peace of mind we desperately needed Marnie at the front desk went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed and made this process so easy. We didn't hesitate to book a room for when we have to return to hospital The rooms where huge with its own living room,small kitchen with pots pans utensils, dishwasher, table & 4 chairs, separate bedroom,

Clean and very convenient location. Short walk to the Hospital. However, after a water l was asked to move. No one helped me in that process. I had a months worth of things to move. New room was bigger, but a lot more noise. I like it cold to sleep and even though it was April, they stated that it was too cold outside to turn on the AC. It stayed 71 degrees at best in my room. The answer they gave me was to open the windows. However, the street noise is much too great to watch TV with them open, let alone sleep. I stayed a month, will explore other options next time.
I highly recommend this hotel. My husband was hospitalized at Smilow and this hotel is so convenient. There is shuttle service available 24 hours and all the staff is extremely kind. All the staff at the desk were so personable and helpful. The rooms are clean and everything you could need to make meals is in the rooms, just bring your food. Thank you to all the staff there who made this difficult time more bearable.
Really spacious rooms w plenty of parking. Insuite kitchen. TVs need updating to smart TV's to allow for better compatibility with Netflix.
This place was amazing in our time of need. The hotel is for family or friends of patients in the hospital and they check the name of the patient. The suite was a one bedroom with 2 beds, a pullout couch in the living room, a bathroom, kitchenette and dining table. All for 104 per night! The front desk staff is helpful and friendly, but the hours are limited. Arrangements can be made if you get there after hours and if you need a late checkout. I highly recommend staying here if you need a place to stay when a loved one is in the hospital.

I recently stayed at The Suites for 5 days while my husband underwent cardiac bypass surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during this stressful time. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the free rides to and from the hospital were a lifesaver, and the suite was very comfortable , clean, and well-equipped. I would highly recommend!
Nice suites. Have a decent kitchen and a dishwasher. Good for longer stays. Tons of space. Nice modern and clean. Not luxurious but comfortable. Very good location when visiting Yale. Free parking and coffee
