Very friendly, accommodating and professional. The staff at Work Hard Dress Right is always looking for ways to best meet your (customer) needs. Certainly will return in the future!
The young lady in the front was very professional and easy to speak with, but they did not have my size online or in store and they take too long to get shipment in. I had to buy mine in Walmart which I hate because of the material is thin and hard for for a Northerner to wear during the frigid temperatures right now (its January) also it costs a lot of money to embroider them so I had to pay just as much as their uniforms just worst material.
I purchased two scrub tops from their New Haven location,which I had to return because the embroidered name on the scrubs was the wrong department. I was told by the sales person that it would take 8 to 10 business day to get the correct embroidered name on the scrubs.I called custom service at the end of the 10th business day,I was told that order only went out last Friday 6/19/2020,I didn't get a firm date on went the order would be ready.
