We recently ordered some fish and invertebrates online. Great communication, very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Packaging was awesome, everyone arrived warm even though we are in the midst of freezing temps, and we received them about 18 hours after they were shipped out. Highly recommend!

Great selection of fish! I've ordered 3 times and all fish arrive alive and healthy. Worth noting is the exceptional packaging. They use real insulated coolers and heat packs as needed. I highly recommend them!

Could not be happier with my purchase. Fish arrived alert and in great health. I had a couple of concerns before shipping, so I called and talked to them. They could not be more helpful. Simple amazing people, I will order more fish from them. Looking at the elephant nose fish now.

Great store with a good selection of birds and fish supplies. The owners are very friendly and knowlegable and clearly care about their animals. I would absolutely recommend them. They currently have a small selection of supplies for dogs and cats but will be increasing their selection in the next year.
