I got a remote start installed in my vehicle here. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning, they got to it during the day, and had it ready to go in the afternoon, so I was able to pick it up after work. Very expedient, knowledgeable, and courteous.

This place is an absolute scam. The lengths they go through to sell a car without a check engine light involves removing a dismantling an instrument cluster and covering the back side with tape-i thought that was only in the movies. Not only that they failed to inspect a single thing on the car and managed to sell it to an unknowing individual full of problems on day one. If you find yourself at the end of a dead end road and in the parking lot of this business, have whatever vehicle you are looking at buying inspected by a third party individual.

I wanted some LED lights installed in my new Raptor and wanted a shop I could trust. So I brought it to Automotive Concepts and they nailed it. Thanks Nate G for taking care of my truck and making it look even more awesome!

They installed the remote start on my car when it was purchased new. 3 years later i had an issue where it wouldn't start right. Its a 4 hour drive to have them inspect it. The service technician helped me over the phone fix the problem! Great service and they stand by there work.

sold me a truck with a blown motor. It’s burning a crazy amount of oil. Their solution was to take it to their shop in new hope, top off the oil and drive 1000 miles to see how much it burnt because they were too lazy to actually look into it. All they kept saying was I bought it as is with no warranty. They say they do an inspection before they sell a vehicle... they don’t. The only reason I didn’t notice it burning oil right away is because it was cold out and I thought it was just my exhaust. The place is a joke, on top of a blown motor the window motor went out on me the day after I bought it and the third brake light was leaking in the truck they also put “new” used tires on the truck before they sold it. They all leak because they can’t mount a tire. I would have been better off if they just left the old ones. I fixed the leak myself and the window motor. They did buy me a new motor but I had to put it in myself in their dealership because they didn’t know how lol. I don’t want anything from them and I damn sure don’t want their shop to touch my truck and try and put a new engine in. I know they have a lot of positive reviews but just know, If you buy a car or truck from them with issues they will leave you high and dry... or tell you to drive 1000 miles and see what happens. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer and definately don’t go to their shop unless you don’t value your time.
