Waiting 25 mins in the drive through for an order I order I put in for pickup 40 minutes prior isn't my definition of "freaky fast" especially when there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Service at this location is getting worse over time. On the last occasion I gave my order and then pulled up to the window only to be greeted with "what did you order?". Seems like a horrible excuse for customer service as there was only one other car ahead of me. Do yourself a favor and drive further to a better staffed location.

Not sure where to start here...As a former manager of a high-volume pizza restaurant (delivery and pick-up) I am astounded at how this store has been run, and is currently running. My colleagues and I have ordered delivery from this location numerous times and each and every time there is something wrong or the delivery is extremely late, or both....Freaky Fast...? I have made a point of repeating my order at the end of the phone conversation to make sure they have got it right, but sure enough, upon arrival of the food the sandwich is either messed up (no tomatoes isn't that difficult) or they have forgotten the chips, given me the wrong chips or all of the above. How can the order be taken correctly on the receipt, but still be incorrect physically upon delivery? EVERY TIME THAT WE ORDER. Is this store hiring people that do not read? Or do they just blatantly not care about the product that they are supplying to the customer? Both? Not only is the food always messed up, but when you call and try to talk about it with a manager, or when the worker says there is no manager available they end up being extremely rude and arrogant like I am the one that is in the wrong for calling them. Whoever April is there, is extremely rude in particular and always talks back over the phone, you can hear her in the background or under her breath murmuring expletives. I will not being going back to any Jimmy Johns locations any time soon. Pictures attached are two different visits to the New Hope location. Just not good at all, at anything. Rude, slow service, bad quality, and it doesn't improve. Trust me.
Jimmy John's is one of my favorite fast food places, so I was extremely disappointed in the meal I got tonight. The bread was so stale that I had to put it on regular bread from my house just to eat the sandwich. I don't plan on going to this Jimmy John's again.
This store is the worst. Three different orders it has taken them over 45 mins to deliver a sandwich 2 miles from there location. Whatever happened to the good old Jimmy Johns! Just terrible. Bye Jimmy Johns
I recently had a large order 88 boxes lunches. They were a bit behind on the time and one box didn’t have a sandwich, but over all very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lunch was much enjoyed. Thank you
My husband work right down the street from this Jimmy johns and it took more than a hour for the order to come 4 blocks away.
