Clean nice location. I walked in with a happy attitude and was not greeted politely by Brandon. Gave me a look instead of saying hi. I clearly asked for a cafe late w coconutmilk and no whip. My cafe late was Destroyed by Mocha chocolate sauce. Not my most pleasant experience his coworker was nice. Had I been Diabetic this would have been more than just an honest mistake. Bringing my mood down when I was excited to be there was a real buzzkill.

This Starbucks fits right into the New Hope atmosphere and is in a cool building. It can be a very busy place so you have to be patinet sometimes. There is a room around the corner to sit so don't be fooled by the 2 tables in front. Also a great porch to hang on too.
I asked for a cappuccino. The barista apparently thought it was the same as a no foam latte. I went back in and asked her to make the drink again, pointing out exactly what she did wrong (very politely, I might add). She made the drink exactly the same way! Also you can only sit outside and there were more tables than chairs. We are so done with this location and with Starbucks in general. Over-priced and they can't even make the order correctly. DONE
Polite staff. I was reminded how good a double espresso black was...
