Collection wise ok but not hospitality & discounts. Remember same books available online at skyrocketing slashed prices. Since they have a reputed name earned they are least worried about repeat customers or new customers. Their attitude towards the customer will be like, we have a collection & unique so its upto you to come or don't. The very saddened part was though we purchased for 2500 Rs. (more than 10 books) they didn't provide 1 Rupee discount. Not recommend in my opinion.

I buy books from them from 2012. This time I emailed to check for certain titles before ordering. They swiftly emailed back saying the books I want were in stock. Once the order was placed, they said they were going to ship today a week ago but none was shipped. After several emails, that emailed back saying that two of the the books were not in stock and mailed the others just today. Don't you think once a customer asks for a book and pay, the book should be reserved with the publisher (Tamizhini-on the same note, I am not hearing good things about this publisher--most of the books are unavailable- this publisher says the books are in stock when book sellers ask and suddenly they become out of stock-the lazy workers who work in Tamizhini publishing house need to check the physical inventory before making an availability statement) and eventually shipped to the customer-correct? I don't know how it works and I give-up!
