The front office is the worst I have ever interacted with. While Dr. Arbabi is a great doctor herself, the front-desk is rude, disrespectful, and not worth the trouble. They are slow to respond to calls, unable to communicate clearly (and I don't mean this to be offensive at all, but there does appear to be a language barrier), and will not work to help you solve any issues. If you can find a different location, I would strongly recommend it. If no other options exist, the level of care Dr. Arbabi can provide you is very impressive despite the front-desk issues.

My child is a patient of Dr.Arbabi, for the past 2 years now. I bearly went due to a receptionist they had. She had a horrible attitude, but i decied to give it one more try and boy did i do good! The new receptionist they hired is very sweet, kind, and super respectful. She is a new hispanic girl with blond and black hair kinda short ,but makes a very good team work with ana! They both have a big smile in there face as soon as you walk in. They alway work me in right away, and as soon as i walk in they both welcome you right away. I recommed this place to everyone!

No surprise they deleted my review but I just heard from my case worker at hipaa for them violating my rights so I wanted to check on the old comment I left. They deleted it. But they were so wrong to me that I refuse to forgive their behavior. Especially when 0 apology was given. Long story short, they lied about me on their response to my comment about how overly priced they are and how terrible my experiences were. They thought it would be okay to publicly display my personal information. But don’t worry guys I definitely didn’t forget about you are your terribly rude front desk staff. Anyways, take this 1 star that you deserve. I’ll keep in touch.

I've been taking both my kids here for 3 years now. Every time we go we get to see the same doctor which is great because she has intimate knowledge of both of our kids. There is never a long wait and their staff is always friendly and polite. I love going here and will be for the foreseeable future

Dr. Arbabi and the nurses and front desk staff are professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I'm grateful I have Dr. Arbabi (and her team) as my kids' pediatrician.
