Young delivery driver was either very unexperienced, high, or drunk. Screened Topsoil had like 35%rocks and pebbles in it, after first rain my yard was nothing but rocks and the volume didn't seem right to what i ordered or what online calculators said it should cover. I guess you get what you pay for, that are cheaper than competitors many times and the owner is honestly a nice guy and dues his best for the customers, i wish the product was good and the loaders and delivery drivers did their job properly. Topsoil wasn't worth the money saved

Do not hire Ryan Thomason with Three Cedars or this company. The worst customer service ever, ignores calls (voice mail is always full), and texts, and does not return messages left at the store either. Work is not great with holes in the sod laid, sprinklers installed on the neighbors property, and several dead trees planted which he said at the time he would replace if they didn't live. It has been over a year and I have yet to get any replacement trees. Do not support this terrible company

Do not buy firewood from this place unless you expect to sit on it to dry out. I was mislead from the company when i bought the firewood and after i brought it home, my wood moisture meter read above 30%, which indicates that its still wet and which will produce more smoke when burned. When calling the company back, I asked if maybe there was a different wood pile that was more seasoned, which they stated no we never told you it was seasoned which they did. When I said ok well im going to bring the wood back for a return because this is not what I ordered, the gentlemen stated all sales are final and because it rained two days ago the wood should be dry in a week. Wood doesnt dry from above 30% to 15% in a week. SO now im stuck with this wood that will burn slow and smoke alot until its fully dried out. On their website it states all online sales are final, but my order was placed in store so now they flip flopped on it. Id be careful buying firewood from them because I was just trying to get what I wanted and the customer service experience was very poor.
