I don’t come as often to this location as I should but I do enjoy the training experience here. I’m also happy they have parking in the rear. I used to train at this address before BBB was here. I used to train with a PT here when it was Body King 2 and I’ll tell you that BBB is far more elite and costs less even if Body King charges 30 a session. Like if you train every weekday it comes out to 7.50. It beats the 300 I used to pay monthly. Mind you 300 monthly isn’t bad at all. But alas you receive elite training here.

This is one of my favorite gyms by far! I was always so nervous to take a boot camp class because I thought it would be too intense for me. After the first class I instantly became addicted. BBB has become a part of my weekly routine and I can’t imagine life without it. The New Hyde Park location is one of my favorites because it’s so conveniently close to where I live. Since reopening they have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of all their members. Each person has their own individual station (distanced from one another) with their own equipment which is amazing. Love this place!!

The Saturday kill cardio class is definitely a great class to get you in shape. The studio is very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even have face mask cup inserts for purchase to help you breathe better while working out.

Super cool studio, great clean space, awesome energy from the trainers and front desk. Always makes you feel hyped and ready to work out even if you’re not having the best of days. Just an all around great atmosphere for people who are looking to get in shape and join a great community.
