You might as well die before you get a prescription from this place, I came to this pharmacy at 4:35 and a white male with glasses and medium length hair came to the window said my prescription was not ready and I said give me 1 second to make a call and he never returned (I pressed the button 10 times) it is now 5:15, I called the pharmacy in that time and within 10 minutes another associate answered the phone and answered my questions and said he would get my prescription ready within a hour, when I told him I’ve been at the window for a over 40 minutes he rushed to get it prepared, that guy deserves better co workers. But the first guy can go to h3ll & managed to make a line of 5 ppl appear not including the 2 who got frustrated and left

Worst run Kodak department ever. These guys have no system, no sense of timeliness, and I would never suggest them to anyone.

Once again this Pharmacy has totally let us down and cannot or shall I say will not do anything to go the extra mile. I have Emphysema and my Pulmonologist called in a prescription for the only cough syrup that helps me from coughing nonstop and vomiting. The cough medicine which he calls in EVERY month so you think they would make sure to keep it in stock is not available. After waiting 1 hour on hold for a Pharmacist to answer the phone to no avail, I called the CVS Customer Service Complaint number and the girl there also waited an hour on hold. She was basically told too bad and to call other pharmacies which she did. After calling 3 other CVS Pharmacies and being told it wasn’t in stock, she told me I could opt out of CVS and call different drug stores to see if they had it in stock. Apparently, these people do not understand that when a person suffers from Emphysema THEY CAN’T stop coughing or get any air so how can they ask and expect me to sit on the phone all day calling random pharmacies? CVS has turned into an enterprise who gives zero consideration to real customer service and actually caring about people. Now, I have to depend on nebulizer treatments, inhalers, air conditioning and lots of praying until they go the extra mile to get my medicine so I can find some relief. Just a suggestion....FIND PEOPLE TO ANSER THE PHONE!

Update 11/20: The store has now added two self checkout machines and they are basically forcing you to use them because the register clerk stands in front of the counter now and not by the register. Self checkouts are good for some transactions for example if you have a small item or two. If you have large items like 12 packs of soda or many items there is just not enough room to comfortably use the self checkout. Also, in this day and age of social distancing, this store has put their two self checkout machines next to each other with only a small partition. If two customers are using the machines, they are about a foot apart. Why must we stay six feet apart everywhere else but when it’s time to check out we can stand right next to another customer? This store has a serious customer relations problem and has had it for years. The employees and managers are not friendly and mostly look and act like they are miserable. Today I went to buy Nexium which is locked up on a shelf near the back of the store. I asked the cashier who was not busy when I walked in to assist me in getting it. He walked over with me and I told him which one I wanted and he retrieved it but then said he would hold it behind the counter instead of just handing it to me. I guess they lock this item up because some people might take a bunch of them without paying but this clerk presumed that it was a risk to hand me an item that would cost me 11.99. That kind of interaction made me feel he thought I was a likely thief who couldn’t be trusted to be handed an item costing a few bucks.

Worse experience ever! I’m not one to write reviews but today was a must. Went in without a mask not knowing the restrictions as I been walking alone for 30 minutes, was told to leave but one friendly customer advised me I can buy mask in store after visibly seeing how upset I was. I was only there to obtain a 2 by 2 photo. While at the photo machine, I asked for help to see if I could print one and was told that there was no option to do so, the only option I saw was 2 by 3. even when I asked a manager who denied having that option. Saw one customer take photo for 2 by 2 and saw staff member download picture and print from computer. After 20 minutes of figuring the dam computer, I found the option for 2 by 2 when I was told that I needed to take picture for it. Needless to say, never returning here.

It is my second day in a row that I got shut off from the drive thru after staying more than 2 hours on a line. They don't even pick up the phone when I wanted to know the status about my prescription. In times like these, this CVS location has greatly disappointed me.
