We have an old house with a brick foundation, and had trouble with moisture and dust coming through when there were heavy rains. John's crew came to our old house and waterproofed it "the old fashioned way". Our foundation was dug out by hand section by section, allowed to air dry, and then coated with high quality tars and membranes, and then filled back in. In addition to the coatings, Long Island Waterproofing helped us get the water from our roof away from the house using underground drainage pipe and "pop ups" at the end of our flower beds. Never was our foundation exposed to the elements overnight. There was no damage to our flower beds or sprinklers, and the property was cleaned every day. It has been about 6 months since Long Island Waterproofing did their work. Tested with heavy snows, nor easters, and sudden dumps of rain and our basement walls are now totally clean and dry.
