I had started preparations for my wedding and was looking for a decorator. I reached out and scheduled an appointment with Ruma to meet for a consultation, after someone recommended her. About an hour before our meeting I received a text stating that she had unexpected guests and would need to reschedule. This was fine. I joked that I hoped they won’t decide on an unplanned visit on the day of our event. She responded very rudely about how that wouldn’t be an issue as she doesn’t attend her events anyway??? I didn’t like that she doesn’t make it a point to oversee the work she has arranged or make an effort to be there to ensure everything goes smoothly and as planned. When you’re working on something as important as your wedding you want the peace of mind that your vendor not only takes their work seriously but takes responsibility of their staff. As such I decided to go with another vendor.

I had my wedding in October 2020. I was so excited from the beginning to work with Ruban Events because of all the great reviews online. I booked them as a part of my wedding package at The Royal Palm one week before my wedding date. I met the owner Saif. She gave me great ideas Made things simple and easy for us. I was in tears when I walked into the room with the gorgeous centerpieces and a beautiful backdrop they had made for me. I gave them minimum instructions and left it up to their expertise. They out did my expectation. Every single details was perfected. I was beyond happy with the total experience. I wish Ruban Events and their entire team all the success in future. I would recommend them to all my friends, family, and anyone I know!! God bless!
Ruban events was a great choice for our wedding. Ruma really looked into every detail of our wedding and made sure things were the way we wanted them. Having a big family, it was usually hard making certain decisions during the time given everyone had different point of views but ruban events really helped us bring the vision together. We had over 450 wedding guests, flying from various states and internationally and they really took care of accommodating everyone while also making sure that our events ran smoothly and beautifully. It was great choosing them and we would highly recommend the team for your special day!

This review is overdue. My wife and I would like personally thank Ruban Events team for making our dream come true. We loved every details of the work that was planned by Ruma - an extraordinary planner. We were fortunate enough to work with Saif as our everyday contact person. Everything worked out well to our budget. We thought it would be extremely difficult for us to do our event because of Covid-19 but we were able to get everything done without any problem. We had everything done by Ruma starting from tent to venue and service and decor. Once again I would like to thank Ruma and her team for the start unforgettable days of married life.
