New Sephora location-just opened December of 2020. Very busy at all times from what I have saw , I just purchased a benefit brow pencil last week and it is absolutely great-will be returning in the future! In the front near the registers there are also a bunch of cute things, glosses and such.

There is one girl that works there I think she is the manager she looks kind of India or Guyanese don't know her name but she has a really nasty sarcastic attitude I feel like she is trying to rush you out the store giving straight forward answers without explaining.... not friendly at all....if she is a manager or supervisor she needs to be demoted period.
I placed an online order for in-store pickup and was assured the item would be put aside and available for me to pickup soon. Instead I received an email the next day that the item was out of stock and my order had to be canceled. This was frustrating and the item was out of stock (online and in other stores) and no longer on sale by the time I was notified that my order was canceled.
Very rude customer service. She literaly told me the item was bought in 2019 and it's 2020 now... I wasn't in store for a calendar. If I don't know the rules for the store return I just need to be explained that now pretty much be yelled at in front of other customers.
The store is nice, but a lot is to be said about the staff i have not had a good experience here been to this store 3 times and the experience was not great. I guess I am a glutton for punishment...
Whenever I go here, the employees are always very welcoming. They leave you to shop but stand close enough by so when you need them they're always available.
Today was my first time in the Lake Success location. The salespeople were extremely friendly but Sara specifically was patient & knowledgeable. She made my experience a positive one.
Ladies at this location are very friendly, helpful and sweet. This location is just 5 minutes from home. Couldn't be happier.
