Scammed me out of over 3500 in prepaid training sessions after covid hit and refused to discuss a solution even though others were given refunds. Were very dismissive and disrespectful in their response. Do not join this gym.

Criminals once again. Charged me for 2 months after I cancelled the membership. They blamed it on a computer glitch... we call that fraud. There is not management not service at this gym. Garbage all over the locker room, showers are broken, water everywhere, bathrooms are dirty, machines and utilities broken.... for months on. Until someone feels like fixing them. Music is so loud you can hear yourself think. Locker rooms smell.

I am currently in the process of fighting over 500 in erroneous charges. I signed up for a 1 year pre-paid membership and they signed me up for 3 years and charged my card. A refund has been verbally granted and written but it has been now 8 weeks without receiving a refund. As far as the gym goes, cable machines rarely (if ever) work and there’s been times where the bathrooms smell grotesque. My brother was also completely overcharged by them. When it comes to carrying out COVID-19 protocols, they put some hand sanitizer out, some paper towels, and that’s about it.

This gym was great and have a lot to do. I normally dont see monkey bars at the gym with a lot of boxing bags. I absolutely would recommend this spot to anyone that want to challenge themselves to another level.

Very deceptive and shady. Do not give them your debit card. They take money out whenever they want without warning and charge fees that they don’t mention in the beginning. Even after I cancelled my membership they still took money out of my account. I had to cancel my debit card. I initially joined because I like that they were 24 hours, have kids classes and babysitting.
