My wife has been waiting weeks to speak to someone. Working 9-5 as a key worker she has struggled to be seen during working hours and finally managed to get a telephone apt after work... Nobody ever called. Not even a courtesy message to say why or if they're ever going to. Absolutely terrible. It's no wonder people are dying. Not quite sure what we're going to do.?!

I am disappointed in the service this health centre provides particularly the telephony services. I called at 8am for an appointment but redirect me to someone whom was not a doctor and could not assist. Then attempted to call 37 times to get through, when I eventually did I was lied too by 3 members of reception and the Doctor failed to call back after being \confirmed\ that the appointment was in place. It is a ridiculous service and I feel that they need to step up their game to not disappoint customers or at least set suitable expectations. Reception needs to address their telephony issued and ensure they have a working telephone service. It is not helpful to be connected and then have silence for over 8 minutes from their end.

Good doctors, when you get past reception as they will not answer the phone, constantly engaged. I have phoned reception whilst in reception whilst waiting to see doctor just to prove a point ,they were just chatting amongst themselves and not one of them answered the phone I left it ringing for 10mins. This problem needs to be addressed ASAP.
