After my granddad died 3 weeks ago, they won’t let us into his room, and allowed someone to register his death twice!!! This home is utterly disgusting, and they know they are in the wrong because they contacted their legal team, because we are in full rights to sue. Do not send your family members here unless you do not care for their wellbeing.
