Nice store with a good online selection as well. Items can be delivered to store and you'll get a message once they arrive. It's decently sized and has everything that you might need (if you are a guy). Due to the above I am giving 3 stars. The store needs to be more inclusive, it has a very limited range of female clothing, accessories and clubs. I want to get a driver and their website currently lists (2) for women and (22) for men. In the store this is reflected as well as they only had two options that I could try, which really does not mean a lot as one was very cheap and the other very expensive, no mid-range things at all. The clothes for men also sometimes have sales, and other affordable menswear brands while women only have high priced clothing. I have switched to buying from other stores when it comes to anything gendered as there simply seems to not be any interest in improving this (it has been like that pre- and post-refurbishment. Another issue I have found is not related to this particular store but to the American Golf system in itself where they have quite bad stock management. Their store employees cannot check stock digitally and do not know what's in store, they also don't know when they are getting re-stocks of anything. The customer service people also don't know how to answer stock questions and you cannot check stock availability for a particular item in any store online (I do not prefer deliveries as they often cause issues). I understand the store is not to blame but at the same time there should be a collective effort to improve a flawed system which makes it hard for customers to find/order what they need.

DONT GO NEAR! If i could rate this shop less than one star I would! Went for a fitting for new clubs promised 2 weeks absolutely latest 4 weeks due to covid fitter sam something was an absolute waste of space messed up the fitting sheet so ordered wrong shafts after purchasing irons only for me to pick up the mistake after not hearing anything for 3 weeks but they had my money what do they care! After chasing up every few days of being promised this week oh should be hear tomorrow nothing fast forward a further 3 weeks now six weeks in new clubs have arrived wrong shaft wrong grips wrong club WORST customer experience I've ever dealt with! No customer communication! And just fob you off! Please save yourself the hassle and avoid!
No point in buying clubs unless they are custom fit; great facilities and staff on site.
