Just ordered Chicken Devilled from Chennai Dosa and the chicken devilled that I know, does not look like what I have received at all. What I have received is some sort of Chicken stew and it does not taste good at all! Called the restaurant to say this but the chef and owner does not care and said 'this is how we do chicken devilled and we can't help' . Such a waste of money, time and very disappointed. Will not order again from here!

Very very disappointing. We have been long time customers of Chennai Dosa and used to look forward to our trips. Maybe the management changes or it got passed along in the family. But the quality of the food has significantly deteriorated. But worse than that is the service. This place has no customer service. We ordered take out from the restaurant during the lockdown. We live 7.4 miles away but because we have been to the restaurant in the past we dint mind making the long journey. When we got home we realised the restaurant dint provide the main ingredient for any South indian meal - 'the three chutneys' that goes with dosa, idli and uttapam. We had made a large order but did not get a single chutney. We contacted the restaurant and the staff simply said she cannot do anything. The manager dint bother to come to the phone. They asked us to drive all the way back to give back the food in order to get a refund. I waiting 15 minutes on the phone to speak to the manager but he did not bother speaking to me directly. The staff spoke very rudely and said she is not able to do anything at all. To add to the disappointed the food tasted bland and tasteless. I will never be returning to this restaurant. I believe the management to be dishonest and have no regard for their regular customers. It is a real shame!!!
