Down to earth Line Management, and overall a fun and exciting place to work at! I've been with this company for nearly 5 years now, and I'm loving every day there. Great relationship with Line Managers, employees are trusted with their own work and there's no micro-management as there is trust between both parties. We tend to have some socials, pizza parties in the office, free fruit delivered weekly, and some other little perks that just make me feel like the company cares about their staff. For a small company, it provides ample amount of benefits, the number of which tends to increase for people the longer they work here. If you are willing to work hard - it's definitely noticed and you're rewarded with no delay.
