I’ve grown an obsession for milk teas recently and must’ve bought about 20 milk teas over the last month or so from this store (with 10% discount on the gift card). In my experience they have delivered my order exactly every time and have been very friendly. Highly recommend. Oh the black pearls have been back in stock for some time but always check on their website first!
Love it, went there for the first time, ordered an lychee bubble tea, it was sooo nice. Will definitely visit this place again. The ladies who were there are all nice and very helpful too.
Not sure if this review is entirely accurate as the day we went, they had run out of black tapioca pearls so we replaced it with the crystal pearls. They weren’t thoroughly cooked through and thus very hard and not soft and chewy. The actual combinations were okay, the brown sugar and matcha weren’t up to my expectations of authentic Taiwanese bubble tea. Don’t think we would return.
it's quite a small place but that may seem so as the seating areas were closed in order to administer social distancing. the staff were really nice and our orders came very quickly so there wasn't a long wait. they also have a nice flowery wall with two wooden swinging benches so that's a nice place to take photos if you wanted.

I ordered at 7:30 3 different flavours. When they arrived they had no tapioca!!!! They are called bubble tea and every where i have been they always had them included and if you wanted extra they give you the option! I am disappointed spending money on 3 flavour with nothing in them. I have been there 4 times and 3 times out of 4 they have made a mistake with my order. I am a big fan of bubble teas and tried many different places and this is just disappointing in many way, not many choices or flavours, the menu doesn't explain anything and you don't know what you are ordering, when asking staff they just look at you blankly. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. it was a waste of money!!!
So good. You've got to try their brown sugar pearl tea, might be one of the best drinks I've had period let alone best bubble tea! All the drinks are customisable too, you can swap out the milks, change amount of sugar and ice and loads of toppings to choose from.
