We purchased a mattress from Dreams March 2019. The saleswoman had us lay under this special piece of kit apparently designed to create the perfect mattress. 2 years on and it’s the worst mattress we’ve ever had. It’s so uncomfortable that I rarely get a full nights sleep and every morning get up feeling like I’ve fallen down several flights of stairs. Needless to say we are getting rid of this 2 year old mattress and going back to Tempur or may try a Hipnoss. My advice is if a smiley sales rep comes up and tries to lure you to lay under their perfect mattress selector machine give it a miss. When I say that I ache every morning I really mean it, it is that bad I have responded to the feedback from Dreams and it was an utter waste of time. The response from Dreams is a smoke screen, nothing but an attempt to put themselves in a brighter light. We contacted them and used the reference and we were just given the run around with absolutely no outcome therefore endorsing the 1 star feedback the I have given

Really excellent customer service. My bed isn’t due for a couple of weeks but I wanted to recommend the store for its exceptional staff and customer service and in particular Eddy, John and Abu for their help, fun and friendliness. Covid friendly and great prices - highly recommended.

Very bad overall and fake sales also you will not get delivery on time. They will give you fake date just to make you buy! Void this branch. Its nightmare not dreams

I bought a pillow as i read the reviews and they seem positive but i have to admit that it is such a poor quality! Couldn't see myself sleeping on it so i had to return. Then is when the nightmare started. First and last time i order anything from Dreams! They don't offer free returns and i had to pay 14 for the return!! This is absolutely terrible! Makes me never want to return to this store if they make you pay for every return! Really disappointing! SHAME. Also, the delivery was very late and i had to chase, they never sent any update on the reason for delay. Don't order anything online unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount to return!

To say the customer service was exceptional would be an insult. The gentleman (Mo?) who helped me was amazing. He showed me round, gave me a drink and answered all the questions i had. He really knew his stuff. Because i like him so much i ended up buying a sofa as well, something i had planned to get from elsewhere. Delivery guys were great and respectful too, they took their shoes off without asking when they came in my home and that says a lot. Very happy with this place, i will definitely return.

A brown skin staff was helping us during last years black friday. Giving 5 star because of him and he was very understandable and let me toddler borrow the toilet. Dreams mattress are comfortable, like both their services and products. Will purchase as will be changing bed and mattress soon.
