My rug came back clean, but around 75% of the size it used to be. I am not aware that anyone can charge 70 to shrink polyester rugs by more than a foot in each direction by hey, these guys are obviously "ruin my stuff" experts. If you can afford a laugh then go here, otherwise avoid (plague-type).......
