Terms and conditions unacceptable, in breach of customer rights, dodgy I must say. Be careful before you sign any agreement with them( no 7,8, 9 in t&c, and many others) They had rented to me for the second time a filthy van, lots of scuffs. Las time they haven't returned my cost for extra diesel, profesional cleaning. Also, they had dramatically increased price rentals on all vehicles. Look elsewhere!

A few weekends back we urgently needed to hire a car for the weekend. I can understand upping prices during high demand periods but I was charged over 200 for a weekend hire. Car was lovely and better than the tier I asked for, but very expensive for Friday morning 8am to return Monday 8am.

Always been very good and have used them a couple of times and had no problems however the guy who sits at the desk on the left at the back when you walk in to the office is rude and gives incorrect information everyone else is lovely so sorry he let you down otherwise would thoroughly Recommend
