We used Flight Centre UK to book our honeymoon, February 2020. Our travel agent, Savannah was very helpful in helping us book our perfect honeymoon. The flight centre concierge team was also super helpful in helping us book activities for our honeymoon which made it extra special and memorable. I would highly recommend using Flight Centre UK. They helped us book an absolutely perfect honeymoon which has left us with a beautiful experience and with memories we will cherish forever. We will definitely use Flight Centre again and recommend them to family and friends!

THE WORST TRAVEL AGENT ive ever had to deal with!! They rescheduled my flight numerous times! No communication to explain. Only realised that they changed my daughter's flight to 09am while mine was at 10pm at check in!! Flight centre didn't advise me prior to check in. They rescheduled my connecting flight to a whole 24hrs in a foreign country and refused to pay for my accommodation and expected me to pay for the hotel at my expense!! They rescheduled my daughter's flight again on return; again only found out when we were checking in and had to wait for 25min while the airline was trying to sort it out. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and i would not recommend it to ANYONE. I would have given them zero star if i had my way. DO NOT USE pls.

Extremely unimpressed with customer service. Have been waiting over 60 days for a cash refund since my package holiday was cancelled by Flight Centre, 18 March. Have sent copious emails to Flight Centre, Customer Services, based in the UK as well as Flight Centre, Dublin. Rang the UK contact number and was told that Customer Service is not taking any calls! So much for customer service.. Was then told that I would get cash refund and instead received 'travel package voucher'. Contacted them again - said it was a block in system and trying to resolve - still no sign of cash payment - have totally lost confidence that I will receive payment from them so going to get solicitor advice.

Despite several phone and emails since 27th February 2020 I am still awaiting a refund for a cancelled cruise. I was promised a refund within 12 weeks so far nothing. Don't know what to do.

Booked flights to Australia via Singapire back in February. Flights cancelled 20th April. No communication from Flight Centre, no refund, no idea when we will get our money. Dreadful service, will never use them again and will probably have to resort to legal action.
