Was very impressed with the safety measures in place with a lovely welcome by a young lady taking temperatures and offering had sanitiser upon entry to the store. Ross assisted my enquiry and was extremely polite and helpful offering to show us alternatives in style and fabric. I did not feel any pressure to make a sale (often the case) and said I would come back on the Sunday to purchase which I did. I would thoroughly recommend both Ross and Furniture Village - excellent customer service.

Fantastic quality furniture & beds. My salesperson Ross was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful when I was choosing my beds. They were very good value and were delivered when promised. The delivery driver Peter (Piotr) was again very helpful in getting the big item up my narrow stairwell and definitely went the extra mile. I look forward to shopping from Furniture Village again soon.

Russ was an absolute star. I was at the shop for over 4 hours going back and forth with decisions, measuring, changing my mind, etc. but Russ was very professional, answered all my questions, was very helpful with suggestions, helping me measure up furniture.... a really lovely experience overall. The manager was a delight too, very kind and patient! They do go the extra mile at Furniture Village New Malden.

We were greeted by the lovely Gavin who was brilliant in these current times and was really helpful in our search for a sofa. We then met Joel who was equally great and friendly. Both couldn't do enough for us and both made us feel comfortable we had made the right choice choosing Furniture Village New Malden. I would recommend the store to anyone based on the customer service recieved by both of them and the reasonably priced furniture. Two very happy customers who can't wait for their new sofa to arrive!

Excellent! We were blown away by the outstanding customer service we received from Emil. It’s very rare that you get that level of professionalism, combined with genuine enthusiasm and friendliness. Emil went above and behind to assist us with the purchase of our lovely corner sofa and we are extremely happy with the product and the service. We will be back to this branch in particular in the near future.

We entered the shop and were greeted by a very lovely lady. Then, a very surly gentleman asked what we wanted, we advised and he directed us upstairs - no smile, no do you need any help. We knew what we wanted as my husband had already seen it. We had to go and find a sales assistant, it was the same person - he answered questions with one word answers again no emotion or smiles! Taking or details seemed a chore and only that we liked the piece of furniture we would have gone elsewhere. Please train your staff in customer service or at least to smile and seat please and thank you - it was like dealing with a robot.

In store experience great. Very helpful in store, sold a sofa by Joel who has been great. He has also arranged an upholster to do the delivery as one of the units of the sofa will need to be slightly dismantled to get into our lounge. We hope the delivery will be just a good.
