As mentioned in the review below - this is more of a intro to Korean food and not necessarily authentic Korean food. People usually come for the vibe and karaoke rather than just the quality of the food. With that being said - the food is not bad it’s just a bit commercial! However, Korean bbq is always fun though quite pricey. I do have to say the team are amazing - the experience and the amazing staff is what makes this place a gem. They go above and beyond for you. I always gets the best service and we have the best nights here. Also if your into hot sauce and you like some heat - ask the lovely waiter for the hot sauce which they keep in the kitchen - be aware it’s super hot but it’s delicious! Definitely worth a visit!

Great fun for karaoke and sometimes the cocktails are very good, I say sometimes because I’ve been serval times and I’d say I’ve had a few off days. But a solid 4 because I’ve had more good days than bad. Food is tasty. Staff are helpful.
Absolute terrible experience My sister really wanted to try Korean BBQ for the first time and we thought this place will be a good option. We were seated on a table where we were not even given the menu. However other customers were all given menus soon as they were seated. After waiting about 20 mins we had to ask for the menu and the Korean lady staff was just horrible about it she gave us the menus which were used on another table without even sanitising it. The Korean BBQ meats finally came and the same female Korean staff just left the meats and went. No instructions on how to cook it. So we used our initiative and tried to cook the meats. Having been to Korean BBQs before I know restaurants at least offer some sauces. At this point, we felt incredibly uncomfortable being there and interacting with the rude female Korean waiting staff. So we asked the only non-Korean waiting staff for the sauces. I have to say she was very kind. The rude Korean lady staff came back to cut up the meat and put the new meat then took all the utensils away. We assumed she would come back and to help us cook the meat since we had no utensils. We again patiently waited however if we waited any longer the meat was going to burn. We had to call on the non-Korean staff for the utensils to cook the meat ourselves. We weren’t sure the meat was cooked and all the Korean staff was avoiding our table. So we had to call on one of them and ask if the meat was cooked. The staff were being so kind and helpful to other customers we literally had no idea what we have done to deserve such a service. I genuinely hope it was not racial has we were the only Brown customers. Really a terrible way to treat customers. The staff who calculated the eat out help out discount didn’t even apply the discount properly. But at this point, we just wanted to pay and leave as quickly as possible. Will not recommend this place especially if you are brown.
I'm a regular here.. The food is delicious and the staff is Awesome.. They will help you in whatever they can and they are very sweet.. I recommend this restaurant to anybody and have been way too many times, and NEVER DISSAPOINTED!!
The food was good, however I personally felt a little uncomfortable ordering anything too adventurous because the table was not clean on arrival, and the cooker was dirty - we had to clean it ourselves with hand sanitiser using the tissues at the bar (which were yellow after use). I also found out online that the place has a 3 star scores on the doors rating which isn't that great. Service was slow, however considering the current situation and 10pm curfew, I think that's understandable. Also worth spacing the tables out a bit more, as me squeezing past the table to our left seemed to offend the bloke sitting at the table, even though he could have just used his brain and moved his food so it wasn't so close to the edge of the table (plus I'm not 50 stone) - either way, definitely worth spacing out the table more for this man to avoid the rate of evil stares. Good selection of beers and cocktails and the staff were friendly. Maybe we just came on a really really busy night? I'm sure everything is fine usually.
