I have an outdoor cat, who we tried to keep in for his operation and he somehow got out and then couldn't find him for 3 days. He has been back every evening since, except last night and again i have been out searching for him. The lady on the phone was so rude. Didn't seem to care that keeping him in for too long stresses him out but wanted us to keep him in from Sunday night to Tuesday morning even though he wont use a litter tray. I am already upset enough that i cannot find my cat, but she was pretty heartless. We also have a kitten and my fear was that the bigger cat would get so stressed out by being cooped up, that he would attack the little one. She didn't care about this either. She was so rude on the phone. I understand its frustrating for them having appointments cancelled at the last minute, but there is no need to be rude about it.
