I've been hiring from Kendall Cars for many years. It is by far the best car rental company I know. The stuff in the New Malden branch is extremely friendly and helpful. They are also not as picky like the car hire companies you know from the airport. Yes, it's not a high street super fancy design branch, but for me, people and service matter. And one of the best things: you can bring your car back until 10 pm in the evening and just drop the keys into a return box. I don't know any other company with this service. For us, it's perfect to return a car after a day trip late in the evening and don't have to worry about opening times. So if you need a car in the New Malden area, you won't be disappointed with this company. Highly recommended and thanks to Nicola and Matt!

Lost 1.000 and the team called me the same day to notify me! If everything we do is about the experience, this is possibly the best you can have! I have hired a few times from Kendall cars in New Malden, the service has been impeccable, all the time, both on the phone and in person, Matt and Nicola have looked after me with a smile from the start and I will certainly be back again even if it was just for the customer service. The cars and vans are well looked after and competitively priced, the hiring process is very simple and the team is very helpful. I hired a van a couple of days ago, after a whole day driving for supplies I must have dropped my envelope behind the seat with 960 without realising. Now, the fact is I could have lost this envelope anywhere, and the team could have pretended it never happened, instead Nicola decides to call me before the end of her shift to notify me that they have found the money in the vehicle In business and personal situations trust is a deal breaker and my experience only consolidates my confidence in Kendall Cars and it's staff. Easy to hire, easy to return. First time using new Malden branch but same straight forward service as other locations.
3rd time renting a car from here and have managed to forget a phone and baby mirror on two separate occasions. On the first occasion they held the car I rented until I picked up the phone. On the second occasion, the baby mirror was kindly held in the office until it was picked up. Best customer service I've experienced at a car rental company, car was brand new and great value for money. Eleanor, Nicola and Matt are a great team and looking forward to renting with them again in future!
It was quick and easy by far one of the cheapest around and it was a 20 plate van and I got my deposit back within 2 days so all in all great experience will definitely use them again recommend to all. Plus you get 100 miles on the price I did 300 and it only cost me an extra 20 cent argue with that
