Within the months of owning my car which I was told had not problems, I've had to spend out over 1600 in repairs. Not to mention when I part exchanged my old car, the logbook for it was taken by a member of staff saying they would sort out registering the car. This has led to me having MULIPLE parking tickets sent to me after selling the car.

I bought a car from Malden Motors listed as 'Perfect condition' in the description they gave on here. The car is 'covered' under a warranty. Here is a list of problems with it: - Lock-in wheel nut was missing, had to buy a new one. - CD player doesn't work, even after they were supposed to fix it. - 2 keys provided. One key is dead. - The car didn't start today. A few weeks ago my tyre had a small puncture. I went to my local garage to find out the lock-in wheel nut for my car was not provided. I called Malden Motors and they directed me to the dealer's car lot, only to be told that I had to take the car to their own garage on the other side of London. I did not. instead, I asked them to reimburse me under the warranty if I purchased the part from my local garage. It has been three weeks since they said they will send the money. I have called almost every day and they're ignoring me. Also the car had an outstanding debt I wasn't aware of and was almost taken by bailiffs the other day. Thank god I kept the receipt.
I was sold a car 6 months ago and was told as part of the sale that a reversing camera would be fitted as they had listed this as part of the sale in error. I'm still waiting for this to happen, the car also had a fault with the speedometer showing the wrong speed and yet they have not yet sorted this either. Very disappointing and I'm considering taking legal action
The staff were very friendly, let me look at the desired car without supervising, so I could look as I wanted. Test drive offered to me, and seemed very happy to discuss the small niggles I found
I bought a car 6 months and its riddle with problems, warranty run out and MOT is dodgy, claims to have service, service lights on, tires all 4 pitted, breaks and pads all replaced, and now EGR fault try and avoid this place

Friendly staff, and accommodating of my needs. I bought a car, had some issues post-sale, which were courteously and honestly dealt with, although they were pretty busy doing everything so there was a little delay. This is a seller with some integrity.
This was my first time buying a car from World Moters and I was not disappointed!! I was helped by a lovely chap who works there , he spent a lot of time with me explaining everything about the car I was interested in, he was so professional and polite. You will be looked after properly so you need to go to this place !! All the staff were so friendly so chatty and knew absolutely everything. Everything that I was told over the phone was what I was presented with. I definitely recommend this place ! Five Stars :)
