Max provided business coaching to our team based in HSBC London and a few participants from India. There were around 20 of us in the workshop. It was a very productive day. Max guided us through the workshop helping us to understand the team members better, understanding what the key drivers were for us, as individuals. There were some very good pointers on how we could improve the team dynamics and achieve goals together as a team. Max provided us with good insights on leadership and stakeholder engagement too. All in all a very memorable experience. I look forward to engaging with Max for coaching workshops soon.

I took a 4-sessions professional coaching course with Max focused on "Personal Branding", as I needed to renew and upgrade my professional image in view of stepping up in my career. Max's coaching was invaluable in redefining and shaping my image and professional persona, and it lead to a new, clearer and deeper self-awareness and sense of self-worth. As a result I felt I was able to clearly and confidently articulate my key strengths and values to any prospective employer, and propose myself as a valuable asset to any business. I also had a much clearer vision about my career objectives, which is something that I had struggled with for quite a long time. I went through and passed each interview stage, and in the end I was offered the job. I think I could not have made it without Max's support, guidance, insights and encouragement. As well as being extremely knowledgeable and vastly experienced, Max is a fantastic coach and a very engaging person, enthusiastic and empathetic. His coaching style is informal and friendly, and he makes you feel at ease from the very beginning. At the same time he has a no-nonsense approach and a strong drive to help his clients, and this motivates people to work hard in order to achieve the best results. I strongly recommend Max to anyone in need of a professional "restyling", as well as any other type of career-related guidance.

I took a course of four group sessions with Max. It made a huge difference to my life. His approach is very professional. I found the exercises we did together quite challenging as we had to ask questions of ourselves and look at our situations from a different angle that I hadn’t considered before. Max asks participants to complete a task each week as a follow-up to the session. I found the group situation very supportive. Every few weeks I still review my situation using some of the materials we had from the sessions and this really helps to keep me focussed. I can’t fault Max’s coaching. It was a really valuable experience.

I am a Chemistry graduate and attended a four session course with Max on a whim. My group consisted of three people of varying ages and backgrounds. Max exudes a cheerful demeanour, has a magnetic personality and a confidence that only comes from years of experience. His sessions were well organised, efficient and used a range of resources both electronic and physical. His compentence is such that he managed to individually tailor the sessions to each of our needs, despite the massive divergence in our goals.
