Order accuracy is terrible at this restaurant. 3 orders in a row items have been missing or requested changes have not been fulfilled (like extra cheese- which is an additional cost). My last order my child's happy meal came with only 4 chicken nuggets and a drink: no fries or toy. Kingston branch is a lot better, I suppose this is the downside of franchising.

Tidy & neat mc Donald’s. Clean throughout, fast and friendly service with following and keeping the social distance guidance in the restaurant. Happy to see a place keeping up the standard. I feel the branch also keeping the health & safety very well.
Clean, efficient and fast service. The only problem i have is a staff member handing me a coffee stirrer with his bare hands. I refused it and asked for another which was not handed out that way.
On the whole it is a good McDonald’s, but it does have its bad days. Sometimes you do end up waiting longer than seems reasonable, but that tends to be due to delivery drivers, which is the same in most takeaway places so not necessarily a McDonald’s issue. I have had a couple of errors in my UberEats deliveries the last two times I’ve ordered, where items have been missed out at the restaurant whilst packing, but this is a small inconvenience really, nothing major. Staff always seem friendly enough, especially the morning staff.
Ordered a few times during lockdown via Uber .... the order is always wrong or cold. Recent order missing 1 burger all the chips and 2 drinks from my order !!! Call restaurant and they don’t wanna know. New Malden McDonald’s you cannot keep up with demand, why money grab and reduce quality ?! Take your time and give 100% customer satisfaction instead
