From start to finish the communication and quality of the service provided from Metro Dry Cleaning was second to none, they quickly dry cleaned and removed the pilling from my work coat and it was returned to me looking as good as new. Highly recommended and will certainly be returning.

First time using metro dry cleaning, I was amazed by the level of service I received and the member of staff was very welcoming and helpful. I had my suit dry cleaned and was very happy with the professional end result. I would defiantly recommend Metro Dry Cleaning to everyone.

I gave my winter jacket which was of good quality but a bit dirty in Metro dry cleaners ( New Malden). When I came home I found lots of yellow stains and they did not clean it properly. Also, the woman at the reception did not say anything that jacket becomes even worse, she just gave it to me. I went for the second time to kindly ask them if they can clean it again, after second time nothing really changed it stayed the same in a bad condition and the staff member said that it is a problem with the jacket - filler in it. None of the staff members apologized. So overall they make it worse and I am very disappointed about the service. I gave my jacket to another dry cleaners and they did a great job, get rid of all the stains and brought back a volume to the jacket. Will never go back to Metro dry cleaners in New Malden
The tailor here had a tricky job with tailoring my wedding dress from China. He was very particular with getting the fittings correct and went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure it would be not only be ready but fit perfectly for the day. I would highly recommend Metro Dry Cleaning, all staff are friendly and very welcoming.
