We just got a microchip enabled flap for our two dogs installed by Michael. The flap was wall mounted and Michael made a tunnel through the wall, lined with slate. The result looks fantastic. We're very happy with the work. If you want a good job done, I thoroughly recommend Michael.

Michael did an excellent job. He fitted a flap to a double glazed door. Price was incredibly competitive- others had suggested double! Service was superb, he visited first to measure door and was able to return to fit flap within 4 working days. Cat already using it within half a day. We found him polite and efficient.
Micheal quoted and carried out the work really quickly. A Catflap is what I wanted and a Catflap is what I got. I showed Micheal where I wanted it and boom Catflap. He was very tidy and professional, and now with my new Catflap I don't need to leave the window open for my cat anymore... Did I mention I now have a Catflap
Seemed very professional and knowledgable. He quoted just over 300 for install, inc cat flap. When I asked if this was best price (as other professionals were quoting 50% less) was told not to contact him anymore. Worth getting a few quotes in on any job and very surprised this was his response to that.
Michael did a great job of installing the SureFlap Pet Door in our cavity wall. Rather than using the Sureflap tunnel extenders, Michael created a bespoke tunnel using slate instead (which we feel looks a lot better). The works took around 4hrs and Michael left our property clean afterwards. We would recommend him to others.
Michael was very good, he arrived promptly and carried out the work efficiently. He tidied up after himself and fitted our cat flap very neatly through a brick wall. I would reccomend his expertise.
I chose Michael Watson because I thought that he was the catflap man I had used before. Had I read the reviews I would not have done so. I had send him photos of the doors needing s catflap but he preceded in asking my son where to put them. This resulted in one being put in the front door a few metres from a road.Also by putting your hand through it from the path you could open the door.! He claims to have 20 years experience so surely he should have questioned why I would want a catflap there. When I pointed out what had happened. He texted 'What a drag' but it was my fault and not to contact him again. I had to have a new panel put in the door and will unfortunately need to check more carefully next time. Zero stars and very upsetting.
BEWARE THIS COWBOY ! He fitted a dog door that was too small for my dog despite full briefing and then refused to fix it, despite me offering to pay for his time even though it was his mistake. You can see all correspondence to this effect. I strongly recommend you are not robbed in the way I have been. Totally unethical practice and extremely shameful citizenship.
