New Malden Airport Transfers were wonderful, efficient, punctual and very friendly staff taxi in New Malden. we were met by a lovely young lady who escorted us to our taxi. We were brought to and from our apartment by Rodolfo (excuse the spelling ) He was friendly and helpful. .we were very happy with the service and would use the service again and recommend it to others.

Awful service. Booked an 8 seater for trip to airport with car seats for the children. I specified tha ages of the children to make sure they were appropriate. Half an hour before we are due to leave I get a call and am told that the 8 seater broke down (more likely they never had one). They offered to send two cars instead for the same price. Two beat up Toyota prius' pull up and the car seats are rear facing infant car seats, totally inappropriate for my 3 year olds. Then the scumbags tried to charge me a higher rate for two cars when it came time to pay. Avoid at all costs.
