Excellent vets, we moved here from another vets in north cheam & reception staff and vet team have been fantastic compared to the service we received there. Harriet & Mike have gone above and beyond to take care of our cat Sonny and have been so kind & caring.

Great and caring vets. Great care from C19 perspective and really kindly to humans and felines. From what I hear at the other end of the waiting room dogs too like to visit.

I took my cat in for a check as she was feeling a bit unwell and I wanted to check all was okay. We saw Mike who was really great from start to finish. Due to covid we weren't allowed to go in to the room for the check up. I was a bit worried about this as my cat is quite timid and gets scared around new faces but Mike said she was really well behaved and let him do everything he needed to. He was with her for quite a while and I felt he did a really thorough check up of her. We were the last appointment of the day but in no way did it feel rushed and Mike sat outside and explained everything in lots of detail for us which was really helpful. I also really appreciated his method of treatment planning. He didn't jump in and run lots of unnecessary tests which could get expensive, instead he advised we make small changes to see if she responds well and take it from there. Thanks mike!
