Very fast and polite phone costumer service. I only called for a quick last minute cleaning invoice and the gentleman on the phone was very professional, helpful and understanding of end of tenancy cleaning needs. Also, the price sounded very attractive - I hope to use this company in the future.

I've use Nice and Clean London LTD previous week for my end of tenancy cleaning and carpet steam cleaning at my property. They arrive on time and the team was so polite and they have all necessary PPI for Covid - 19. We leave them in the house to clean thoroughly, when they finish the result are was superb and I did not expect this achievement. I will recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues.

I don't know why this company has low rating here in google. They did a great job. I started using Nice and Clean about a month ago. With my busy work schedule it got to the point where I simply had no time. They have been incredible. There's nothing more magical than coming home to a clean house. The cleaners are very detailed. I'll be with Nice and Clean for a long time.

Sent a girl round who did not know how to use a vacum or how to use cleaning products. 3 hours later nothing was done and I still got charged. Would highly recommend avoiding this company, seems like a scam.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Do not trust them it is a scam do not be fooled by their website. They sent a lady around who was completely incompetent she did nothing for 3.5 hrs, I had to shell out 50!!! I even took photographic evidence of how dirty my house still was and sent it to them with ZERO reply.
