Amazing service from start to finish, chaps in the shop were really helpful when we were trying to choose. We had another chap visit the house to measure up, he was really quick. The guy that came to fit the floor was lovely, so professional, did a great job, really tidy, made sure everything was organised when he left each night. Left him in the house by himself all day and felt comfortable to do so. Would use them again for any flooring needs. 5 star service.

Ordered a large quantity of Ted Todd flooring here. The showroom experience was great. Terry took time to understand our brief and showed us plenty of options in different price brackets. One Wood Floors had the most competitive pricing for Ted Todd ranges we found. I love the flooring and have since decided to use it in additional rooms. Had a slight issue with some thresholds and nosing not being delivered, hence the 4 stars, as although Terry did resend the missing part of the order we had to pay 30% of the cost again and he covered the remainder. But would definitely use again.
Excellent products and service. Would very highly recommend - they did two rooms for me with Boen flooring - delighted with the results and throughout we felt in very safe hands. Do not hesitate to give this business a try.
