After seeing a neighbour's front yard was redone, I spoke to him to find out how his experience was. He said Pinewood did good work, but cautioned me to "be sure you know exactly what you want, as they try to do it how they want to do it." Since I did have a clear idea of what I was after, I had Pinewood come to give us a quote. When I called to discuss the quote however -with every intention of going ahead with it -I found the owner incredibly rude and aggressive. He talked his way right out of the job, and was a complete a**hole to boot. I ended up getting the work done by someone else -and for almost 2k cheaper -so I guess I should be grateful...?

We needed the patio completely redone at the family home. We had started the project in February, and then the firm we originally went to stopped answering our calls and left a massive mess. We found Pinewood Landscapes on Check-a-Trade and they were very helpful. Michael came out and reviewed the work done (and the mess left) and quoted us the next day. They started the work a fortnight from then, just as lockdown had started. They managed to social distance whilst getting the work done, and they even took the mess left from the previous firm and didn't charge us for it. In his words "I've got space in the truck for it, I'm not going to charge you." Extremely professional set up, super nice guys, exceptional quality of work
